    Vendor Information

    Vendor Information:

    Move In: Friday, November 20th from 10 AM to 9 PM and Saturday, November 21 from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

    You will be able to drive your vehicle into the hall to unload at your booth.

    Internet & Phone:
    Free wireless internet will be available in both halls. Phone lines are available at a $30 charge.

    Floorplan:
    The floor plan has yet to be posted. But when it does. Each box is a 10 x 10. There are two halls. The South Hall will contain the Expo Trade Show plus the Cross Palace and Fashion Show. The North Hall holds the Swap and the BMX Stunt Show. The Low Rider, Custom, Vintage Shows will be in the lobby, concourse and in both halls. The floor plan is subjected to minor changes.

    Music:
    No planned music in the either halls until the Fashion Show. There will be  music and a DJ at the Dirt Jumps outside.

    Booth Deadline:
    Booth registration deadline is Friday, November 17th @ Midnight.

    Shipments:
    Shipments can be sent to direct to the Cow Palace. Please use the following address:

    Also, if it is a freight or a big package, please let us know in advance. We would need to enlist a forklift driver and also figure out a place to the store it.

    Shipments going out will need to packed on a pallet or box with the label ready to go with the carrier information immediately after the show. They will be stored at the Cow Palace and arrangements must be made by you and the carrier for pick on Monday, Nov 23rd.

    Details:
    Pop-up tents will NOT only be allowed. otherwise the frame may be used without the canopy top in place, by order of the fire marshal.

    We are not responsible for your goods, but both halls will be locked down and secured with a guard overnight.  The event organizers will be the last to leave. The halls will reopen the next day at 7:30 am. We suggest you secure your booth, with a tarp for example.

    Each vendor is responsible for collecting all appropriate sales taxes.

    Vendors must register in the proper class. Vendors who register in the wrong class will be required to pay the additional cost.
