Spank & IXS will be at the SF Bike Expo!
    Thursday, November 14, 2013 @ 3:25 am
    Posted by SFBikeExpo

Speed on two wheels: That has been iXS’ core business right from the start. A big name in the world of motorbikes, iXS has become one of the leading manufacturers of sportswear and protective gear for mountain bikers over the last decade. And that is no coincidence: When developing functional bikewear or sturdy protective gear, a close cooperation with a large number of athletes is essential. It’s these athletes who deliver important feedback, thus helping to further improve existing products.

    The Spank Story

Racing is Life… and we were all born to win. The simple fact that you exist means that you have already won the first and most important race of all. Why SPANK? Your first adrenaline rush was just moments from birth, when that all important spank on the buttocks kick started your vitals and made you an adrenaline junky for life! SPANK Industries aims to free your mind and trigger that rush every time you ride your bike. Spank started about a decade ago as the dreamchild of South African designer/manufacturer Gavin M Vos, and German distributor Sven Mack. Their goal was to create the perfect symbiosis of weight optimization, enhanced performance, and cutting edge style…and to do it at competitive prices! Today, in everything we do, we aim to live up to the name, The Upgrade Specialists!

The Gravity Cartel is the US sales & service office for Spank Bikes and iXS protective gear will be at the SF Bike Expo. Visit them in booth 134. Follow on Facebook: Spank and IXS

Santa Cruz’s NTS Works Inc is a startup focused on innovation in clean technology for consumer products. It was founded by Neal and Lisa Saiki. Neal is a proven innovator in every industry he is involved in. The primary focus for NTS Works is going to be in developing electric cargo bicycles. This is going to be a new and growing market segment. The NTS Works difference is that quality is going to be built into every step from concept to manufacturing.

A key goal for NTS Works is to develop a strong patent portfolio. In his consulting business, Neal has 20 years of patent experience. He knows how hard it is to develop and patent technology. In today’s global economy, secure intellectual property is mandatory for American businesses to grow. Visit them at booth 110 and follow the progress on Facebook.
