Vendors and Bike Shops doing strictly closeouts will be placed in the North Hall (Swap Hall). Closeouts can be sold in the South Hall (Industry Hall) ONLY if you are showing NEW. We want to have clear separation between the two halls. Individuals ,Teams, Clubs and Non-profits will be placed in the North Hall. Individuals will not be allowed to sell without a booth.
The Cycle Showdown, is only on November 10th, will be in the lobby, concourse and in both halls. AT’s Showdown, Fixed Comp: Uproar, Pump Track and several vendors will be placed outside.
Booth Deadline:
Booth registration deadline is Nov 5th @ Midnight. If you register after November 5th but you will not be guarantee a table or chairs.
Electricity
Electricity is available for FREE. Outlets are at every post but be out. Please bring extension cords, duct tape and power strip. Electricity or generators are not available for outdoor booths.

Vendor Parking
Vendor parking per day is $8 per day. Vendor parking passes can be purchased from the parking attendant at 7 AM on Saturday and 8 AM on Sunday. This the standard vendor rate set by the Cow Palace. Please try to carpool.
Booth Details:
Pop-up tents are NOT allowed by order of the State’s Fire Marshall. Frames are allowed in the North Hall aka the Swap Hall. Pipe & drape will be provided courtesy of College Cyclery. Make your booth look pro!

We are not responsible for your goods, but both halls will be locked down and secured with a guard overnight. The event organizers will be the last to leave. The halls will reopen the next day at 7:30 am. We suggest you secure your booth, with a tarp for example.
Each vendor is responsible for collecting all appropriate sales taxes.
Vendors must register in the proper class. Vendors who register in the wrong class will be required to pay the additional cost.
