The San Francisco Bike Expo!
The Expo is back for its 5th year. It will land on November 10th & 11th at the historic Cow Palace. We continue to focus on competitions, action and demos. Within the competitions, the emphasis is on the youth. We are giving them an opportunity to compete to show them the path to become lifelong cyclists.
The following events are confirmed for the 2012 SF Bike Expo:
★ 4th Annual AT’s Showdown – The Only Mountain Bike Slopestyle Head to Head Competition placed in a major urban city.
★ 4th Annual Pedal Savvy Fashion Show – Cutting Edge Bike Fashion Show
★ 3rd Annual Cycle Showdown - Custom, Vintage, Classic BMX, Low Rider Show
★ Bike Polo Tournament - 4th Annual Ball Whackers Ball
★ Kids Zone – Kid’s Pumptrack, demos and balance bike races
★ AFC: Uproar – 3rd Annual Fixed Gear Freestyle Competition
★ 2nd Annual Custom Frame Builder Show – A Special Concourse of USA made Bicycles
★ Whiskeydrome – A kinetic art installation inspired by Keith’s Bicycle Track, a turn of the century traveling bicycle board track
★ Pop Up Bike Park – 2 day playground featuring the rideSFO Box Jump, pumptrack and other features.

In addition to all the action, the Expo features an Industry Hall filled with unique vendors of all sizes from all over North America. For many vendors, this is their shot to debut in front of consumers and retailers. It’s a step towards building their business.

The Swap returns to the Expo but only for 1 day on November 10th. The Swap is chance for individuals, teams, clubs and bike shops to move used or new old stock to other cyclists. Its an opportunity to find hard parts and to create more cyclists.

Advance tickets are available now. $12 pre-sale for Saturday. $8 pre-sale for Sunday. $15 at the door for Saturday. $10 at the door for Sunday. $20 pass is 2 days. 12 and under will be FREE. Tickets can be found at select locations. Click HERE
The SF Bike Expo connects people, bikes and companies. It is a one of kind event and a true bicycle exposition.
