Swap Individuals & Team/Club Pricing and Registration


We will accept online registrations until 7 PM on Nov. 20th. If there is still space available, we will accept onsite registrations on the 21s. However, if you register now, you may not be guarantee tables or chairs.


  • 1 day SWAP on November 21th with Friday move in on November 20th.
  • @ the Cow Palace, San Francisco, CA.
  • Free admission for attendees.
  • 11 AM to 5 PM
  • Swap booth space assignments are made at first-come basis
  • The Swap section is located at either ends of the hall


Individuals & Team Swap Booth: $125 for the initial 10′ x 10′:

  • Extra 10′ x 10′s: $85 per 10′ x 10′
  • Sell and/or trade new and used bikes and gear.
  • Connect with riders, vendors and bike shops.
  • Sharing booth space is encouraged.

All booths include one table and two chairs. Additional costs for extras.
Booth Extras:

  • Extra Table: $25
  • Extra Chair: $5
