Move In:

November 20th 2015 from 11 AM to 7 PM and November 21th 2015 from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

Show hours: 11 AM to 5 PM on Saturday.

You need to drive through Gate 11 of the South Hall to the roll up door entrance. See map HERE. If your booth is located outdoors, you will be able to drive your vehicle into the outdoor area unless it is a branded vehicle and you have made prior arrangements with the SF Bike Expo crew.

At the roll up door, a member of the SF Bike Expo Crew will check you in, provide your vendor passes and direct you to your booth.

You will be given up to 4 vendor wrist bands. Additional passes can be purchased for $10.

If you need additional assistance to unload or watch your booth, please inform a member of the SF Bike Expo Crew.

You may drive into the hall to unload. A guide will direct to your assigned booth location. Vehicles will not be let in after . All vehicles must be out of the halls by 9:30 AM.

Please unload diligently and move your vehicle to the vendor parking lot. As you drive out, please follow instructions of the crew to allow traffic flow.

Return to your booth to complete the setup. If you have any questions, please see the one of the crew.

Doors open to the public at 11 AM.

Also, if it is a freight or a big package, please let us know in advance. We would need to enlist a forklift driver and also figure out a place to the store it.

Shipments going out will need to packed on a pallet or box with the label ready to go with the carrier information immediately after the show. They will be stored at the Cow Palace and arrangements must be made by you and the carrier for pick on Tuesday, Nov 13th.

Electricity is available for FREE. Outlets are at every post but be out. Please bring extension cords, duct tape and power strip.

Vendor parking per day is $12 per day. Vendor parking passes can be purchased from the parking attendant at 7 AM on Saturday. This the standard vendor rate set by the Cow Palace. Please try to carpool.

We are not responsible for your goods. There is NO over night security in the South Hall. The event organizers will be the last to leave. The hall will reopen for vendors the next day at 7:30 AM on Saturday . We suggest you secure your booth with a tarp as an example.

Vendors must register in the proper class. Vendors who register in the wrong class will be required to pay the additional cost.

Each vendor is responsible for collecting all appropriate sales taxes.

You can bring food for you and your staff. Just keep in your booth. Sample sizes can be served at 2oz.

Pop-up tents are NOT allowed by order of the State’s Fire Marshall. Pipe & drape will be provided courtesy of College Cyclery. Table size is 4×8. Make your booth look pro!
