The SF Bike Expo and Jason Serafino-Agar Presents:
All-Ages Learn to Glide, Learn to Ride Workshop
Saturday, Nov. 21st from 1-3pm located in the North Hall. Cost is FREE.
If you are into bikes, chances are you know folks that are ready to try getting on a bike for the first time or back in the saddle after a long break. If you are a parent who’s child is stuck in the training wheel abyss or just someone who is ready to enjoy the freedom of 2 wheels this workshop if for you.
In this 2-hour workshop new or returning riders will gradually build the confidence and skills needed to glide and eventually pedal their own bicycles in an indoor space. Open to children through adults. Although we will have a limited number of bikes and helmets for loan, we advise that you you bring your own bicycle, helmet and closed-toed shoes. We will lower the seat, take off the pedals (and training wheels) and learn to glide. When it’s time, the pedals will go back on. Taught by League of American Bicyclists Instructor Jason Serafino-Agar and friends.
Bike skills are life skills. Hope to see you there.
