- Booth space assignments are made at first come basis.
- 75,000 square feet of expo space.
- 10,000+ attendee capacity.
2 day Industry Hall Non-Profit: $395 for the initial 10′x 10′
- Extra 10′x 10′s: $175 per 10′x 10’
- Four Vendor passes per booth space.
- Promote your Non-Profit!
- Connect with riders, vendors and bike shops.
- Sharing booth space encouraged.
1 day Swap Hall Non-Profit: $275 for the initial 10′x 10′
- Extra 10′x 10′s: $175 per 10′x 10’
- Four Vendor passes per booth space.
- Sell and/or trade new and used bikes and gear.
- Connect with riders, vendors and bike shops.
- Promote your Non-Profit!
- Sharing booth space encouraged.

Parking per day is $8 per day. If you are setting up on Friday, you can pick up your vendor parking pass at the ticket office. If you are setting up on Saturday, ask the parking attendant for instructions. This the standard vendor rate set by the Cow Palace. Please try to carpool.
Free Bike Valet will also be available.
We use Paypal for payments but you do not need to register with Paypal. You can use your Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX directly. Look for the “Don’t have a PayPal account?” on the left. See screenshot example HERE
For those that wish to pay by check, continue with registration, but cancel the Paypal page.
