    - November 9th, 10th & 11th 2012
    - @ the Cow Palace, San Francisco, CA.
    - 3 day event with Thursday move in.
    - 2 Day Consumer Show. 1 Day Trade Show called Industry Day.
    - Bike shop owners and buyers free entrance.
    - 75,000 square feet of expo space.
    - 10,000+ attendee capacity.
    - Outdoor booths available.
    - Booth space assignments are made at first come basis.

    For Vendors & Manufacturers:
    - Reach out to customers in one of the greatest areas for cycling.
    - Expose and let your consumers experience your 2013 product lineup.
    - Sell current or previous season’s merchandise at the beginning holiday shopping season.
    - Connect with local Bay Area bike shops under one roof and save time.

    Indoor Industry Hall Vendor Sales: $675 for the initial 10′x 10′ – for Sales & Exhibit
    - Extra 10′x 10′s: $175 per 10′x 10′.
    - Four Vendor passes per booth space.
    - Announcement and news releases on SFBikeexpo.com blog, forum, Facebook, and Twitter.
    - Link placement on SFBikeexpo.com vendor list
    - Includes 1 table and 2 chairs
    - Free electricity and WIFI

    Outdoor Vendor Sales $475 for the initial 10′x 10′ – for Sales & Exhibit

    REGISTER for Outdoor Vendor Booth

    *All booths regardless of size include one 6 ft. table and two chairs. Additional costs for extras.

    Booth Extras
    - Extra Table: $25
    - Skirted Table: $45
    - Pipe and Drape: $75
    - Vendor pass: $20
    - Phone Line: $30

    Parking per day is $8 per day. If you are setting up on Thursday or Friday, you can pick up your vendor parking pass at the vendor registration table till 6 PM. If you are setting up on Saturday, ask the parking attendant for instructions. This the standard vendor rate set by the Cow Palace. Please try to carpool.

    Free Bike Valet will also be available.

    We use Paypal for payments but you do not need to register with Paypal. You can use your Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX directly. Look for the “Don’t have a PayPal account?” on the left. See screenshot example HERE

    For those that wish to pay by check, continue with registration, but cancel the Paypal page.
