The Bay Area Dérailleurs are an ensemble of artists on a mission to create bold and relevant bicycle-dance entertainment. They believe in the power of bicycles as a mechanism through which we and our community unite. Our goal is to educate and entertain audiences with the possibilities of alternative transportation. Their performances embrace critical inquiry that reaches beyond conventional thought and action. We promote radical self reliance and mine local talents to unearth their strength. Through teamwork with the community we are building space within for this art. See them live at the SF Bike Expo.
